By accessing pure-vital.us, browsing the formulary, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

If you use the Site on behalf of a clinic, practice, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

PureVital offers a professional supplement and wellness formulary (including GLP-related wellness presentations, peptides, oral and topical support products, and related clinic inventory as listed). Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing byPureVital:

• Products are presented as supplements / professional wellness preparations, not as conventional over-the-counter or prescription "regular medicines" for general consumer retail.
• Nothing on the Site is a drug claim, prescribing information, or an assurance of therapeutic outcome.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Product pages, strengths, volumes, and Total API figures are catalog descriptions for professional purchasing — not medical advice.

Licensed practitioners remain solely responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for a given professional program, for complying with all applicable laws and professional standards, and for obtaining any required licenses, prescriptions, or compounding authorizations in their jurisdiction.

The Site is intended for licensed clinics, practitioners, and other qualified professional purchasers. You represent that:

• You are of legal age and capacity to enter contracts.
• You will use products only for lawful professional / clinic purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable regulations.
• You will not market, resell, or represent products as approved drugs or as consumer medicines unless expressly permitted by law and by written agreement with PureVital.

We may request professional verification, decline orders, or suspend access where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where misuse is suspected.

Product availability, strengths, and pricing may change. Displayed prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Volume tiers (for example, automatic cart discounts above stated order thresholds) apply as described on the Site at checkout and may be modified prospectively.

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order or begin fulfillment. We may cancel or limit orders for inventory, compliance, pricing error, or eligibility reasons; if so, we will refund any amount already collected for the cancelled portion.

Shipping methods, timelines, and restrictions (including temperature or handling notes where applicable) are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass according to the shipping terms stated at fulfillment or, if none, upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate professional shipping details and for any customs or local compliance obligations.

Because of the nature of supplement and clinic-use inventory, returns may be limited. Contact the PureVital Professional Services Team promptly for damaged, incorrect, or quality concerns. Do not use any product that appears compromised. Remedies, when available, may include replacement or refund at our discretion and subject to verification.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Order tracking, support replies, and transactional notices may be sent to the email or contact channels you provide. Marketing messages, if any, will honor applicable opt-out rules.

The Site, branding, formulary presentation, product artwork, copy, and software are owned by PureVital or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse Site content for competing catalogs without prior written consent, except for limited personal / internal clinic reference of pages you lawfully access.

Separate terms apply to clinic affiliate or partner programs hosted on our affiliate portal. Participation may require acceptance of FTC disclosure rules, professional-use promotion standards, and program policies. Commission eligibility depends on approved status, valid attribution, and paid qualifying orders as described in that program.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PureVital DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that supplement products will achieve any particular wellness or clinical result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureVital and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the Site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid to PureVital for that order in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureVital from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, professional practice decisions, or unlawful promotion or resale.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or professional regulations require otherwise. Courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory venues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
